Over twelve richly textured days, we travel from Mumbai’s legendary designers to the vibrant textile villages of Kutch, through block-printing communities in Ajrakhpur and Bagru, and into award-winning artisan homes in Gujarat and Rajasthan
This is not simply a tour - it is a guided encounter with heritage, skill, and age-old stories woven into every warp and weft
Designed for discerning travellers, makers, collectors, and lovers of textile culture, this journey invites you to learn, observe, create, and connect deeply with the artists who keep India’s artisanal soul alive
🌸 Mumbai
India’s most vibrant coastal city welcomes us with its creative pulse and contemporary style. In Mumbai, we step into the world of renowned designers, explore modern textile houses, and begin our journey with an inspiring introduction to India’s rich textile traditions. It’s the perfect place to ground ourselves before we travel deeper into the artisan heartlands.
🌾 Kutch
Kutch is a world of colour, craft, and ancient handwork. Here, we visit textile families who have practiced their art for generations — from bandhani tie-dyeing to weavers in Bhujodi and the famed Ajrakh block printers of Ajrakhpur. In this region, every home feels like a workshop, every courtyard a studio, and every artisan a storyteller. This is the beating heart of India’s textile heritage.
🕌 Ahmedabad
A city where heritage and contemporary craft live side by side, Ahmedabad offers a reflective pause in our journey. We explore one of India’s finest textile galleries, enjoy traditional Gujarati hospitality, and wander through spaces where design, tradition, and history intertwine. It’s a place to indulge your senses, learn, source, and soak in India’s textile legacy with ease and comfort.
🌿 Jaipur
The Pink City is a paradise for textile lovers — from natural dye block printing in Bagru, to exquisite jewellery museums, to endless opportunities for sourcing.
