Detailed Itinerary

Day 1  - Arrival Hanoi (-)

Arrive in Hanoi - Noi Bai International Airport

You will be met at the airport by your English speaking guide and transfer to your hotel in downtown Hanoi. Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, is a beautiful city of lakes, shaded boulevards and verdant public parks

After check-in, we will enjoy a short walk through the Old Quarter of Hanoi, where we observe the daily life of the locals on busy markets and narrow shaded streets. The Old Quarter includes 36 old streets with each name representative of the type of merchandise sold in it

Overnight in Hanoi

Day 2  - Hanoi City Tour(B)

08:00 am. We will visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum & Museum, the One Pillar Pagoda, The French colonial Styled Presidential Palace and the historical Temple of Literature, the first university of VietNam, built in 1070 in honor of Confucius

In the afternoon we will see the Museum of Ethnology then we will attend a traditional Water Puppet show. This art originates from rural festivals in Vietnam. The artists – men and women – stand waist deep in the water to manipulate the puppets, making them move about, talk and laugh and even dance on the surface of the water. The audience is meant to experience the atmosphere of a village festival. Then visit Hoan Kiem Lake (The Restored Sword Lake) and the Ngoc Son Temple, which is on an island in the northern part of the lake. We will enjoy a Cyclo tour along the narrow streets of the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The Old Quarter includes 36 old streets with each name representative of the type of merchandise sold in it

Overnight in Ha Noi

Note: Please kindly take note that Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (the inside) will be opened only in the morning. It will be closed every Monday and Friday. Besides the outside of Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, you can still visit Ba Dinh square, Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh’s House on stilt, One pillar pagoda as normal. The Museum of Ethnography also closed every Monday

Distance: Hanoi - Halong: 160 km => 4-hour transfer included breaktime on the way

Day 3  - Hanoi - Halong Bay (B/L)

 08:00 am. After breakfast. Check out hotel at Ha Noi

After breakfast, 7:45 A.m drive to Halong Bay (3,5 hours), a UNESCO World Heritage site. Whoever comes to Vietnam should not miss the chance to visit Halong Bay, a picturesque blend of harmonious transition between the mountains and the sea

Halong Bay is in the Bac Bo (Tonkin) Gulf and stretches over an area of 1,500 km2 with three thousand green islands that look like jewels. Upon arrival at the harbor, we will embark on a junk. We will enjoy tour visit, Ha Long, as mentioned program on the cruise for 2 days 1 nights

Overnight on the junk. Distance  : Halong-  Hanoi -: 160 km => 4-hour transfer included break time on the way.

Day 4  - Halong - Flight to Hue (B)

After gazing at the sunrise, you will navigate through the numerous oddly shaped limestone outcrops. Stop by a cove for a panoramic view of Halong Bay. Have brunch on the boat

After checking out, transfer to Hanoi airport for flight to Hue


Arrive in Hue, pick up and check-in at the hotel

Overnight in Hue

Distance: Hanoi Central-Noi Bai Airport: 30 km => 50 minute transfer


Hue airport – Hue centre: 20 km => 40 minute transfer

Day 5  - Hue - Hoi An (B)

08:00 am.  We will visit Khai Dinh Tomb and  the Minh Mang tomb

Then We will visit the Imperial City, an impressive royal complex built in the 17th century based on the ancient feng shui practice of geomancy.  The Imperial City is a UNESCO World Heritage site

And we go boat station to embark the boat for a cruise along the poetic Perfume River, we will stop for visiting the iconic Thien Mu pagoda (Heavenly Lady pagoda – the symbol of Hue)

Transfer to Hoi An and overnight there

Distance:        Hue centre- Hoi An: 150 km => 3 hour transfer

Day 6  - Hoi An - Danang - Saigon (B)

We will enjoy a walking tour of Hoi An Old Town. Visit the Japanese Covered Bridge, Tan Ky old house, a handicraft market where you can see the artists at work making beautiful silk lanterns, the Cantonese Assembly Hall, temples and pagodas in the Chinese architectural style, and the large colorful market

Afternoon, then transfer to Danang airport for the short flight to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon)

Overnight in Saigon

Distance:        Hoi An- Da Nang Airport: 30 km => 1 hour transfer

Tan Son Nhat airport – Ho Chi Minh City center: 10 km => 30-minute transfer.

Day 7  - Excursion to Mekong Delta (B)

08:00 am.  We depart from the hotel in the morning and drive southwards to Vinh Long Province, which is situated between two branches of the downstream Mekong River

On arrival, we enjoy a boat trip along the river’s narrow waterways, overhung with dense vegetation. We will have the opportunity to try exotic fruits in one of the many orchards. For lunch, we will serve you the local delicacy - Elephant’s-Ear fish. We continue with a visit to the Cai Be floating market before heading back to Saigon

Distance       Ho Chi Minh Central – Cai Be: 100 km => 2hour transfer

Day 8  -Saigon City - Cu Chi Tunnels (B)

08:00 am.  Morning departure to the small town of Cu Chi, located 35 km from Saigon (1h30), an incredible underground tunnel network constructed by Vietnamese resistance fighters during the long struggle for independence

Visit the famous Cu Chi Tunnels Network which became legendary during the 1960s for its role in facilitating Viet Cong control of a large rural area. At its height, the tunnel system stretched from the South Vietnamese capital to the Cambodian border; in the district of Cu Chi alone, there was over 250 km of tunnels. The network, parts of which were several stories deep, included innumerable trapdoors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers, and kitchens. The tunnels of Cu Chi were built over a period of 25 years beginning in the late 1940s

Return to Saigon, then We enjoy a city tour to see Reunification Palace and Ben Thanh Market


Visit Notre Dame Cathedral (1877-1883) right on the square and the beautiful French-style Post Office (1886-1891), with its glass canopy and iron structure designed by Gustave Eiffel

Evening: Free at leisure

Overnight in Saigon


Ho Chi Minh Central – Cu Chi: 50 km => 1hour 20 minute transfer.

Day 9  - Saigon Departure (B)

Breakfast at the hotel

Free at leisure, check out hotel at 11.00

Then, the driver picks you up at the hotel and transfer to the airport for departure.
